Nationwide Realty Investors is transforming a once vacant site into Grandview Yard, a vibrant urban neighborhood near the heart of Columbus, Ohio. As you can see in the new aerial photography above, just taken the first week of May, 2012, the first phase of development is complete on the far left side of the photo. Phase One features the Hyatt Place Columbus/OSU hotel, Urban Active Fitness Center, Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill, Jason's Deli, Massage Envy Spa, and a variety of professional services. Just right of those buildings are three U-shaped buildings which are The Apartments at Grandview Yard, currently under construction. And on the far right side of the photo at the north end of the site, you can see significant demolition as we prepare for the recently announced Giant Eagle. Plans continue to evolve, but what you can see and experience in Phase One is indicative of the quality and aesthetics you'll see throughout the future development of Grandview Yard.
