Opening September 2010, Phase I of Grandview Yard will include:

• A three-story, 92,000 square-foot class A office building anchored by M+A Architects occupying the third floor and Jason's Deli on the first floor.
• A two-story, 42,000 square-foot state-of-the-industry fitness facility, which will be occupied by Urban Active Fitness.
• A six-story Hyatt Place Hotel that will include 126 guest rooms.

As part of the first phase, NRI is also constructing a 509-space parking garage.
