
Floorplans and pricing are now available for The Apartments at Grandview Yard, the first for-lease residential development at Grandview Yard. When completed, the master plan for Grandview Yard calls for 600 - 800 residential units with both for-lease and for-sale opportunities.
The Apartments at Grandview Yard
The Apartments at Grandview Yard will consist of three, four-story U-shaped buildings. The luxury, urban-style apartments will be a mix of one and two-bedroom garden and townhouse apartments. Rent for one-bedroom gardens will range from $995-$1,255 per month, two-bedroom gardens will range from $1,375-$1,855 per month and townhomes will range from $1,825-$2,095 per month.
The community will be pet friendly, but will have a 50 lb weight limit with an additional deposit/rents applying. Private terraces or patios, choice of ceramic tile or wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and washer/dryer hook-ups are standard in each of the apartments, and all residents will have access to the apartment community’s swimming pool, hot-tub, and grilling area. The apartments are adjacent to ample public parking, and many will have attached garages. There will also be secured detached garages available for $125 per month and exclusive carports available for $65 per month.
The apartments will be surrounded by pedestrian-friendly walkways, exciting restaurants, shopping, and entertainment at Grandview Yard. Residents will be centrally located within beautiful Grandview Heights, which boasts some of the areas best parks and trails and the top rated Grandview Heights School District, while being just minutes away from The Ohio State University and Downtown.
The leasing team will begin accepting reservations May 1, with first move-ins taking place this November.
