WILLIS OF OHIO RELOCATES TO GRANDVIEW YARD

COLUMBUS, Ohio, December 15, 2011 — Columbus, Ohio-based Nationwide Realty Investors today announced that Willis of Ohio will be opening its new offices in Grandview Yard on Monday, December 19. They will be raising their sign on Friday, December 16 (see editor’s note below). Nationwide Realty Investors President Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

Willis of Ohio, a division of the global risk management and insurance broker Willis Group Holdings, will occupy 22,538 square-feet on the second floor. They join a number of other tenants in the 92,000-square-foot office building at 775 Yard St. including M+A Architects, Massage Envy, Schindler Dentistry, Jason’s Deli and the Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill. Also open at Grandview Yard is a 126-room Hyatt Place hotel and a 42,000 square-foot Urban Active Fitness. In addition, NRI recently broke ground on The Apartments at Grandview Yard, a 154-unit luxury, urban-style development featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom garden and townhouse units.
