NRI UNVEILS FLOORPLANS AND PRICING FOR GRANDVIEW YARD APARTMENTS

GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio, April 10, 2012  — Columbus, Ohio-based Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) has unveiled floorplans and pricing for The Apartments at Grandview Yard.

The 154-unit Apartments at Grandview Yard will offer studio, one-and-two-bedroom garden apartments and two-bedroom townhomes, and will range in size from 600-square-feet to over 1,600-square-feet. Stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and wood flooring, walk-in closets, central air conditioning and private outdoor spaces are just some of the amenities available.

Rents at this pet-friendly, urban community will range between $945 to $2,095 per month. Future residents will also enjoy a pool and an outdoor gathering and grilling area. Parking will include surface, garage and carport options.

The Apartments at Grandview Yard will soon join Hyatt Place Hotel, Urban Active Fitness, Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill, Jason’s Deli, Massage Envy, Schindler Dentistry and several office tenants at the project. A 93,000-square-foot Giant Eagle Supermarket was recently announced. The store will open in the fall of 2013 and will be located along West 3rd Avenue on the northern end of the project.

The leasing team will begin accepting reservations May 1, while the first apartments are expected to be available for occupancy in November 2012.
