Two new office tenants have moved into the 775 Yard Street building at Grandview Yard, bringing the total building occupancy to 92%.
Teleperformance Group, a global customer service management company, moved into 4,600 square feet on the second floor of the 775 Yard Street building on February 10, 2014.
VanTrust Real Estate, LLC is moving into the 775 Yard Street building today, and will occupy 2000 square feet on the third floor. VanTrust is a full service real estate development company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, with regional offices in Columbus, Dallas, Houston and Phoenix.
The office building at 775 Yard Street is located at the intersection of Yard Street and Goodale Blvd. The 3-story, 90,000 square foot building, anchored the first phase of Grandview Yard which also includes LA Fitness, the Hyatt Place Columbus/OSU hotel, a 2-story parking deck, and other retail and dining options.
