Hotel to Open in Fall 2016
Columbus-based Nationwide Realty Investors announced today that Courtyard by Marriott will be the flag for the new hotel at Grandview Yard. NRI President and COO Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.
Located at 780 Yard Street, at the corner of Goodale Boulevard and Yard Street, the 4-story, 135-room Courtyard will feature the brand’s latest guest room design and amenities, an outdoor seating area and fire pit, an indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting rooms. The hotel will also include Courtyard’s Bistro concept with grab n’ go snacks, breakfast, light sit down meals, and a variety of beer, wine and cocktail selections.

Nationwide Realty Investors will begin construction on the hotel in May in conjunction with the recently announced conference and event facility, The Grand Event Center. The company expects to complete both projects in Summer 2016. The Grandview Yard Courtyard by Marriott will be operated by Columbus Hospitality Management.
