GRANDVIEW YARD CONTINUES TO GAIN MOMENTUM WITH ANNOUNCEMENT OF EIGHT NEW TENANTS

The new tenants will occupy more than 24,000 square feet of space

GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio, February 4, 2016––Nationwide Realty Investors announced today that eight new tenants will be moving to Grandview Yard.  NRI President and COO Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

“We are pleased to be announcing this great group of new tenants at Grandview Yard,” said Ellis. “The demand for space at Grandview Yard is high. As the development continues to mature, we are able to provide an even more engaging mixed-use environment for these new office tenants.”

Joining the office mix at Grandview Yard are: Hilliard Lyons (2,900 SF in the 800 Yard Street office building);Unum Life Insurance Company (6,300 SF in the 800 Yard Street building); Seamless Logistics (3,400 SF in the 775 Yard Street office building); Columbus Hospitality Management (3,400 SF in the 775 Yard Street building): United States Navy (2,200 SF in the Keystone building at 845 Yard Street); Arch City Dental, LLC(2,000 square feet in the Keystone building); FKP Architects, Inc. (1,900 square feet in the Keystone building); and Executive Eye Care, LLC (2,000 square feet in the 895 W. Third Ave. building anchored by Ohio Health Urgent Care).

All eight new office tenants are moving into existing buildings at Grandview Yard.

Currently under construction at Grandview Yard is the 500,000-square-foot Nationwide campus featuring three interconnected office buildings with adjacent parking structures. The first 320,000-square-foot building will open this spring. Construction is also underway on a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott and The Grand Event Center, a 13,000-square-foot event and conference center, both of which are scheduled to open in the summer of 2016. In addition, the 166-unit third phase of the Apartments at Grandview Yard is under construction and slated to open this spring. Also recently announced is the new Eddie George’s Grille 27 restaurant, which will open in May.
