Announcing New Condominium Project at Grandview Yard

Grandview Yard’s developer, Nationwide Realty Investors, announced plans for 828 at the Yard, a new condominium building located at the intersection of Bobcat Avenue and Burr Avenue in Grandview Yard.

The new condominium building will be a five-story, 35-unit project, featuring two bedroom, two bathroom flats ranging from 1,400 to 1,570 square feet. With prices starting in the $400’s, residents will enjoy 10-foot ceilings in every unit, open floor plans and a private outdoor balcony or patio space.
