Construction Roundup: Grandview Yard May 2018

Over the course of the past decade, the 125-acre site known as Grandview Yard has rapidly transformed from vacant grocery store warehouses into a neighborhood-within-a-neighborhood in the city of Grandview Heights. During a recent tour of the newest residential buildings to launch at Grandview Yard, we took the opportunity to snap a few extra photos of the construction sites throughout the area to provide a snapshot at what the area looks like at this point in 2018 and what else developer Nationwide Realty Investors still has left to fill in.
