The owner of Ty Ginger Asian Bistro in Dublin is opening a new restaurant in Grandview Heights that will feature a 55-item dim sum menu and other Chinese dishes.
Dim Sum Asian Bistro is scheduled to open Nov. 25 at 775 Yard St. in the Grandview Yard development, owner Tyler Ma said. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner — 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekends — and serve dim sum during both meals.
The menus at the Grandview Heights restaurant include many of the same options as Ty Ginger, which is located off Dublin’s Emerald Parkway at 5689 Woerner Temple Road. There are familiar Chinese dishes such as General Tso’s chicken, pepper steak, and sweet and sour shrimp, and diners can choose among proteins for kung pao, Mongolian and other stir-fries.
The dim sum menu is extensive, with items such as steamed dumplings and buns, sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, congee, fried shrimp balls, chicken feet, and pieces of green pepper or eggplant stuffed with ground shrimp.
“A little something for everyone,” Ma said.
