After outgrowing its longtime home in the Arena District, Lazear Capital is moving its offices to Grandview Yard.
“We were physically running out of room,” Lazear Managing Director Demetri Pazarentzos said of the firm’s roughly 8,000-square-foot office at 401 N. Front St., where it had been based for more than 20 years.
The firm began searching for new space last summer after trying to piece together additional offices and subleases within its current building.
After looking at several options, Lazear landed on an 18,000-square-foot office at 995 Yard St.
“There is plenty of space,” Pazarentzos said. “It’s a vibrant area with food options and parking and it just made sense for our employees and our clients.”
