BUCKEYE HALL OF FAME GRILL UNVEILS SUMMER MENU, ENTERTAINMENT

COLUMBUS, Ohio , May 27, 2011 — The Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill is rolling out its extended summer food and drink menu along with daily specials and live music entertainment beginning this Memorial Day weekend. General Manager for the restaurant, Gary Petroff made the announcement.

The summer menu, the creation of the Buckeye Grill’s Executive Chef Mark Johnston, features summer salads, stuffed wraps, burger combos, and entrees, including seared Ahi tuna, bruschetta burgers, Greek Isle turkey burgers and steak and chicken enchiladas. For dessert, Chef Johnston has crafted home-style choices like fresh fruit cobblers and Buckeye Pie. The updated drink menu includes strawberry mojitos, white peach sangria and pomegranate lemonade as well as more than 15 draft beers on tap. “This menu incorporates tons of fresh summer ingredients and local produce to add flavor and style to every plate,” said Chef Johnston.

In addition to a summer food and drink menu, the restaurant is bringing live music every Thursday on the outdoor patio around the Block O fire pit, plus Triva Nights every Wednesday and a special Kids Eat Free Day every Sunday.
