Knock One Back at Hofbrauhaus

Celebrate the coming of spring at Hofbrauhaus Columbus with a rich, flavorful haus-brewed bier. Maibock, the bier of the month, is noticeably malty and sweet, with a warming alcohol note. Hofbrauhaus pairs it with slow-cooked beef marinated in red wine, spices and vegetables, topped with sweet and tangy sauerbraten gravy, and served with red cabbage and buttered spaetzle.
